The trailer's music and fun editing makes it look like it could be entertaining but the fact that it leads with a John Daly math joke probably doesn't bode well for the rest of the jokes.

It was a fun watch, but lacked the charm of the original. One big criticism was every time a recurring character (or relative) appeared, they felt the need to flash back to a scene in the original - almost like the audience was too dumb to make the connection.

It’s a sequel to an Adam Sandler movie that was silly jokes and campiness already. Obviously it’s going to be even sillier and campier.
I’ll watch it just to relive Happy Gilmore.

Watched this morning and wasn't a huge fan of it. Agreed that they went back to the original too much. A few good parts, enjoyed the Will Zalatoris/Happy banter.
