The Legend of Sleepy Hallow cartoon, it’s on YouTube. I bet I watched it 100 times when I was a kid.

Mad Monster Party.

It's a stop-motion in the vein of Rankin/Bass "Rudolph" Christmas cartoons.

E. T.

It’s a great time to introduce her to that movie. My son is about to turn ten and saw it for the first time this weekend. He was locked in.

My kids were getting a kick out of Scooby Doo. I had forgotten about the laugh track that is constantly played.

I used to love one called The Halloween Tree when I was a kid but I haven't been able to find it streaming anywhere to show mine.

I believe that it's available for purchase on Prime. I've always been a fan too. It's a Ray Bradbury story I believe.

Coco

I don't know if it's considered a Halloween movie or not but it has a bunch of skeletons so close enough for me.

Hubie Halloween was pretty good, safe for a 9 year old, and Adam Sandler is still funny.
Monster Squad is great, but lots of swearing, crazy how ratings were in the 80's.
My family really likes Coco- very heartfelt, original concept, I still enjoy watching it.
