Rocket backstory let's go! Been playing the Guardians of the Galaxy game on Steam and it's very good - reading the lore around the world makes me excited to see this on the big screen.

Interesting. I've read the original 70's Counter-Earth storyline, but didn't know it had been brought back in modern comics.

Yes, if I am not mistaken. I did not watch Peacemaker, not a John Cena fan, but I have read(or think I read) that its one and the same.

I watched the trailer again. Maybe I'm wrong, but it seems like they're telegraphing Rocket and Drax dying.
