I thought that was obvious.
Jon immediately going past the wall when he arrived confirmed it.
but apparently the people who bitched about filler and dialogue-centric setup episodes want the show to explicitly explain every decision and action taken. "we shouldn't have to assume anything" LOL.

Also she said to kill anyone who follows Cersei. Neither Jon nor Tyrion were following Cersei
When Jon asked him what he was doing with the Lannister soldiers he literally replied that all the queens enemies must be defeated.
Leaving the murderers of his queen, whom he’s followed without question for 6 seasons now, alive is a hole in the plot. It had to be done for them to finish the story, so it’s easy to understand why it’s there. It’s still there though.

There was no night's watch though. They don't go to castle black. They take him to the other fort, he opens the gate, and it is Tormund and all wildlings. You aren't assuming anything. They show you there are no Night's Watch.

Great idea to appoint a guy that can’t read in charge of balancing your checkbooks.

Master of coin worried about his access to prostitutes. Can't see anything going wrong with that.

Exactly.
The ending for each character didn’t insult our intelligence (not the path to the ending, the ending itself)
-Jon was set free to the north
-Sansa finally became the queen she always wanted to be be
-Arya was finally the respected adventurer she always wanted to be
-Bran now goes wherever he wheels and ends up being the true evil mastermind
-Dany finally gets what she wants and is poked by Jon
-Tyrion gets the respect he always desired
-Davos is finally out of smuggling and is living a respectable life and an EARNED noble AND he’s gone from illiterate to correcting others’ grammar
-Brienne takes Jamie’s place and the Kings guard and head of all knights and comes to terms with who he was
-Brown gets his castle and earned nobility and has the power to open brothels everywhere

Yeah that one doesn't make much sense. But hey at least he got his castle

Definitely some Tyrion frickery going on with putting Bronn in that position. He could essentially be a puppet.

He clearly wanted the guy holding the purse strings to be pro-brothel

I thought the Queen in the North ending for Sansa was awesome.
In fact, the 3 Stark ending montage was awesome all around.

I thought for sure the episode title was going to be A Time for Wolves after that scene, based off the old title for Martin's last book.

Love how KL was a warm sunny desert on the day Dany burnt it down.
Next day, it turns into Hoth.
A month later it’s back to sunny and 75
D&D took a big giant dump on Winter in this show

It was pretty obvious that was his plan all along
Dany = Vader
Get out with this
Id love to see where you posted how obvious this was in some of the other threads. But im pretty sure there isnt any.
It wasnt surprising, but it wasnt obvious.

Davos had the best arc of the series
Starts of an illiterate smuggler with no honor
Ends up high nobility advising the king on the seas while correcting others’ grammar

Bran knew everything. He knew the Arya would kill the NK - gave her the blade to do it
He actually told Jon who he was (confirmed it) after convincing Sam to do so. THEN he directly told Sansa and Arya about Jon. All setting Dany up to go mad
He didn’t warn Dany at all about any dangers letting all those close to her die.
He didn’t stop millions from being torched alive by Dany nor warn anyone.
He let it all happen. Planned it all.
Then, in the end, said “why do you think I came all this way” confirming it.
Evil Bran = tGOAT

Bronn ended up becoming one of my least favorite characters on the show. His dumbass didnt deserve any that position.

I realize what events lead up to him being king.
But as they were happening they were no way obvious. Its 20/20 for sure. But of the 500 pages of the GOT episode threads on here there wasnt a single person talking about it being obvious he was going to be king.

I've seen this talked about a few times, but I'm pretty sure that wasn't snow in the aftermath of the KL burning, it was raining ash. Thought they were going for a volcanic ash sort of thing.
