With what? All her gold got melted. Iron bank ain't getting paid either.
Randyll Tarly told Jamie that the gold made it to Kings Landing before Dany's attack. That is what Jamie was doing at the beginning of the episode, sending the gold ahead of their caravan.

But why burn the gold? That was incredibly stupid for Dany to burn the carts.
Gold made it to KL. But yes, it was stupid b/c the carts had alot of the food they needed..

Bronn was right next to the Scorpion after he jumped and Drogon destroyed it.
I'd guess he saved Jamie.

Dany pushed their shite in, and it was everything I ever wanted.

I mean they have alluded to the dragons causing total destruction and to avoid using them at all costs. I think the food being burned is just a nod to the lack of control.
ETA also showing how dany is losing control / not thinking straight

It was Bronn. Jamie was wearing heavy armor and was shown sinking like a rock but somehow he'll make it out.

Bran can see the future too right? Maybe he knows Arya is gonna be in a situation where valerian steel will save here life.

Gotcha. Thought I saw it in the wagon. Must've been putting up the kids at the mention that it made it.

Littlefinger's, before he lost it to Tyrion on a bet.
