That one episode almost made up for the total waste of a season with Daemon.

That would make her look weak as shite. Daemon was 100% right, he had to be cut down, by her, in front of everyone.
She can do the same thing by potentially sparing Alicent and Haleana. Aemond and Aegon both have to go as well.

Let's talk a little Aemond getting shanked between the plates! He got stabbed through a gap in his armor and probably got stabbed in his kidneys. Well placed! 
What is unrealistic though is Aemond being perfectly fine and then in the span of a quarter of a second being on his death bed.

Definitely helps Rhaenyra. Had he come straight back after realizing what was going on, he could have caused major havoc. Now, Rhaenyra has a chance to get settled in as Queen and win over the people to her side.
Don't trust damn Alicent thought. She is going to eff something up, I just know it. I know it helps having her hostage, but I really want her to get her head chopped off.

To be fair when Alicent agreed to meet with Rhaenrya i don't think chopping off her dad's head was part of their agreement..

At this point it seems like they think the greens somehow tamed sheepstealer. They seem to think taming a wild dragon is impossible and are shocked that anyone was able to do it. It definitely wasn't part of their plan so it must have been a desperate move by the greens.

I unfortunately think we’re due for a couple slower episodes but that’s natural cause these two were so fast paced and dense. I’m ok with a minor letdown after these two. Then ramp it back up towards the halfway mark
