Law Abiding Citizen.

I've always thought that the original ending was much darker and truer to the spirit of the film, but didn't test well in focus groups or something so they changed it.

In the mouth of madness ftw!

I am a fan of Lovecraft and was loving this movie until the last 15 minutes which kinda ruined the whole movie.

Eta seriously turn it off 15 minutes before the end and you'll think this is a great movie.

They filmed another ending closer to the books ending, but it didn't "test well" with the focus groups so they made some stupid shite up.

I Am Legend is a great answer, that movie fell apart fast

The Mist made me feel horrible, but like another poster said it's not what I would consider a bad ending - just one I personally hated because of how it made me feel

I'm biased as can be towards No country for old men, it's one of my favorites. I can definitely see the argument against it's ending though

No Country for Old Men is the correct answer. Some bad endings are merely bad endings, but the bad ending in NCFOM totally ruined the movie and raped its viewers. Why was I asked to invest so much time and concern in the plight of the principal character only to have him yanked as a principal character at the end of the film?

American Hustle. No spoilers for those who haven't seen it, my opinion on the ending might not be conventional; but it had me frustrated.

W T F

And The Mist? You people are crazy. Those are both Fantastic endings. They MAKE the movie, not ruin it.

Sunshine is the correct answer.

With something just slightly different it's a GOAT science fiction film.

ETA: Forgot about Django. Movie would have been much better if it hadn't dragged on for so long.

Don't know what the original ending is, but I liked the way it ended.

Hated The Departed ending. I know I'm in the minority. Just didn't get Leo dying. Took me a couple times to get it, but my initial reaction was PO.
