If she hadn't of released Jamie and pissed off the Karstarks, they would've never gone back to the Freys to get enough men to attack Casterly Rock

I have a very specific scenario in mind. Ramsay confronts Jon in a duel at the Wall, the Others break through, Ramsay's men abandon him, and then the Others literally take him.

I really just think Ramsay would just look at this as an inconvenience. He's simply crazy and fears nothing. The only thing I can think that would scare Ramsay is the Others or a Shadowbaby. I think an Other riding on a gigantic ice spider coming in and then ripping his insides apart would scare the hell out of him. Ramsay dying screaming in terror I think would be the most appropriate death considering the torture and horror he has brought to literally everyone who has met him.

Jon Snow will flay him for his crimes against the Starks. I have a feeling the Jon who rises will be a very different man. The boy will be dead and the man will show no mercy.

But that turns him into Ramsay. Jon Snow is the total antithesis of him. I think Ramsay was an easy character from GRRM to come up with since he just made him the total opposite of Jon. You can not have Jon flay Ramsay, because he's better than that.
Personally I think that Jon will accept his legacy and responsibility as Rhaegar's heir and to save the world from the Others when he gets in a duel with Ramsay. It really should be the best duel in the series, and Ramsay gets more pissed the more he and Jon realize he's the real thing, and Ramsay is just a bad joke. Then in the middle of the duel, Jon hacks a leg off, the Others break through the Wall, and Ramsay is unable to flee as he's brutally killed by them.
That's the way he should go down: helpless and screaming in terror. He was never really worth Jon's time.

Ramsay would probably enjoy it though (like Elijah Wood's serial cannibal in Sin City).
