I's definitely not Robb's, but it's not his Lannister armor either. He had to have gotten into it somehow.

First thing I noticed was Jaime'scarmor is all black. In fact, must people seem to be in all black, even Varys.

The writers talked about how they wanted to exaggerate the theme winter is coming in the latter part of last season and throughout the upcoming season. Everyone will be wearing drab colors and overall the scenes will much more earth and dark tones. The attention is shifting to the wall and away from southron areas.
