Who else would it be?

You see a guy on an "x" on a flag, chest plate, armor or whatever. Think house Bolton.

You see a rose, think Tyrell

A Lion, think Lannister.

Wolf, Stark

Squid, Greyjoy.

It wsn't a spoiler. the info is in front of the viewer.

Solid episode, but it goes to show how convoluted the show is...we saw like 6 or 7 different storylines, and they still left some out of the show completely. As much as I love the show, it kinda sucks when we get scene after scene of a few lines of dialogue with one storyline only to have to keep moving onto the next one. It kinda makes me feel like nothing is happening.

And I realize why it's necessary to do that, but I wish we could get even just a little more time with each plot. Sucks the episodes are only an hour long I guess..

Book readers will find it easier to be patient with this, because frankly, they know what will happen. I can totally see your point from a non-reader aspect, though.

Yeah I agree. After reading the books you are just like ughhh this person... Oh well got to get past it. It makes you use to waiting to see what happens with the storylines you love and can't wait to know.

I'm only on book 2 so no one flame for me saying stuff here and it being a spoiler because I have no clue what's going on. I'm in the middle of the second book

This. I haven't read any of the books nor do I plan to, but I might have to because its hard keeping up with everyone. The show jumps around alot.

Reading books is a big undertaking. I read them and the only thing I had ever read was Harry Potter and Hunger Games. It took me almost the entire 1st book to get used to Martin's style. So, I understand why some won't read them.

That's where the frustration comes from, for the non-readers. The writers are trying to cram so much in that it takes an investment from the watchers.

Honestly, if you don't have the time to read them, the non-reader threads are perfect for talking to others about it and trying to understand. Even a re-watch would probably help. Outside of the idiot reader spoiling something, these threads have been great for clarifying things.

I've read all 5 books and I even forgot what the Bolton's sigil is, so I can understand how someone who has just watched the show would not know who that sigil belongs to considering the Bolton's haven't been introduced all that much

Arya gets outed by the Hound. Can't wait to see how this goes. The guys she is with are "men under no banner"? So are they like anarchists or something (dont spoil if the answer is a spoiler)

It sounded to me, by the main guys introduction, they're like our current libertarians. He said something like they fight for the realm and are trying to destroy every Lord. Kinda like anarchist I guess.

Reading the books is very difficult. It's a lot and a big investment of time.

That being said it explains the story so much better. Tells you stuff you can't really tell on a tv show. It would explain so much stuff people complain about

But I completely understand people not reading them. It's a pain. But those people also miss a lot of the stories and stuff that makes you form your own opinion about stuff.

And I'm not saying you're wrong, but I can completely see the exact same thing happening next week with people saying the same things. It's almost like with a show this big and far-reaching, almost everything is a "setup" in some way or another.

You'll see more happening next episode I suspect. The first two set up the situations for all of the major characters going forward into the story of season three. More happening is a relative term though. The show, much like the books, slowly gains momentum as it goes along.

Psych, I called Carson "CarsonRandomNumbers" in a book thread last season and it kinda caught fire. I did it because we called donRandomNumbers that, before it was changed, over on the Gaming Board.

It was on Lord Bolton's chest when he delivered the news to Rob.
It was on the banners the men at the bridge had, and the last scene with theon you can clearly see the thing Theon was on, was the same thing in the sigils.

It's just something you have to look out for. With the exception of Arya and Sansa, every highborn wears a sigil at all times.
Bolton's is the hardest to forget. A flayed man..
