Meh. Half of Tyrion's nose is supposed to be gone. I think that having a more attractive person being Ramsey in a visual medium will work better at throwing the non-readers off.

Yeah I'm guessing this is the way I see it this is the HBO's way of doing the whole Reek thing since he wasn't introduced in the 2nd season. I'm guessing he'll lead him out, do the dog hunt, and then tell him the story of who he really is and why he was pretending to be someone else. Otherwise referring to Theon as Reek won't make sense down the line for non book readers.

All I know is Ian Rheon was phenomenal in Misfits so I am not worried about Ramsays portrayal.

Great episode. Loved Thros and the loop they threw everyone with Ramsay.
also, I'm thinking the Locke/Hoat switch will be more suitable for the writers to lead Bolton betraying Robb. I think Locke being a Bolton man takes an offer from Jamie to Roose and he starts negotiating with Tywin.
