i also would bet that they will have one more instance of rains of castamere in the show, which will be followed by an explanation of the story behind it, just so that when it plays at RW, it will be very clear to the viewers.
i sure hope that's how it is.

That's bullshite. That character is sadistic as hell and is a huge part of Jamie's story. I was looking forward to seeing him and him and his psychotic group on screen. The dude rides a zebra for fricks sake!!

i read somewhere that they are introducing 26 characters this season. having the BwB and boltons introduced makes it hard to have a third faction and would confuse the tv-only simpletons.
those people ask some pretty stupid questions and get mad when people answer. like if they would pay attention, the show obviously tells you what you need to know.

exactly. people these days are texting and posting during the show and if you miss something for a split second, it creates the questions. people need to watch and wait to post till after if they are tv-onlys

I'd just make it Tywin's theme, to whenever he appears on screen, have the theme playing. It should be as if the Imperial March plays at a rebel wedding. It's bad news.

I was gonna clarify this question (below) of who the BWB are since Ned tells Beric Dondarion to form the group in season 1 to go after the Mountain, but then I figured some would probably get pissy that I spoiled the lightning lords eventual introduction. He may tell Arya this when she meets him sometime in the next few episodes, but if not they'll probably not realize this is the same person.
