The hounds death I thought was pretty good and Cleganebowl was great. Cersei and Jamie needed better deaths IMO. Also don’t understand why Euron has such a huge beef with Jamie, enough to try and fight him to the death. They both like Cersei and are technically on the same side.

I actually don't even see this as the mad queen. She wants to rule and she feels that nobody will ever frick with her again after murdering 1 million innocent people.

My only real gripe is the rushing of Dany going mad. If this season was 10 episodes I could easily see it but with 6 is just eh

Not just that; spending hours burning the city which had already been invaded and the Red Keep essentially destroyed. She had definitely won and she kept burning the city down for fun.
In fact, she was likely killed her own soldiers at least a little.
I mean, she's going Mad Queen on the city while Arya and Sandor are in the Red Keep. She continues to burn while Arya has time to get into the city. She continues to burn when Arya is knocked unconscious the first time. She continues to burn as Arya is knocked unconscious the second time.
So Dany remembered brave Missandei by burning a bunch of commoners? I bet that would have made her proud.
