E5 will be the final battle.
E6 wraps it all up and puts a bow on it.

Luckily we don't have to fall into depression right away

HBO quietly commissioned a two-hour film titled Game of Thrones: The Last Watch that went behind-the-scenes of season 8 and is just now announcing the project.

HBO says the movie “delves deep into the mud and blood to reveal the tears and triumphs involved in the challenge of bringing the fantasy world of Westeros to life in the very real studios, fields and car-parks of Northern Ireland

I must have missed all of the butthurt over the mass death of the Dothraki.

Game of Thrones Keeps Killing Off Entire Immigrant Populations, and It’s a Problem

We Need to Talk About How Game of Thrones Treats the Dothraki

The Dothraki Deserved Better From Daenerys

The Dothraki Are Dead. Does Game of Thrones Care?

I know I don't. The farming societies of Westeros probably wouldn't have mixed well with nomadic raiders whose only skills are fighting and horsemanship.

The butthurt sustains me though.

Uh, the Dothraki and Unsullied aren’t immigrants... they were explicitly named as invaders who followed Dany to conquer.

Watching them get slaughtered, and then the Unsullied basically holding down the line and staring into the face of an endless death so that the retreat can be protected, made me feel both proud and sad—proud because they died as warriors, which is how they were in life, but sad that, once again, the way to prove the strength of magical baddies was to put them up against POC and have those POC get slaughtered with prejudice.

Honestly I’m surprised how popular this show is with black twitter. I’ve seen many people complain how GRRM and D&D are racist because almost the entire cast from s1 to now has been white. They don’t care that it’s based off of medieval England in many ways because they say it’s a fantasy show.

At this point, Game of Thrones actors/directors are LSU’s coaching staff promising a better offense for the upcoming season.

Disclaimer: Our offense will actually be legit this year from what I’m hearing.

I'm still trying to wrap my head around those articles.

I'm not sure what's more sad. The fact they were written in the first place, or the fact that I'm not surprised at all

Imagine if all the wights were “poc” brutally attacking white defenders and slaughtering them mercilessly. They could spin thattoo

At that point D&D would have been overcompensating thus projecting their own guilty consciences and we could all learn a thing or two

That they fail to realize the Unsullied have no dicks.

Did anyone here read the first book of the series?

Cool King and the Woman Without a Face.

The show writers and directors made up their on twist in a number of shows over the last 2 seasons and totally took away from the main story of Fire and Ice.

I will watch the last 3 episode, but this will be a total let down from the story the books will have as a more in depth story line.
