This may be a little 'crackpotty', but why don't they make arrowheads out of Dragon Glass and get some badass archers to fight against the White Walkers?

People forget that Meera killed a white walker by using a dragon glass arrow last season

Completely agree. I wonder if there's a few of them who pretend/feign their support for those parties in fear of not being able to get work because of how the industry skews left. I just remember a couple of the GoT actors whining about Brexit a while back and it made me look up all of their associations and they are all publicly supporting (or at least pretend to be) Labour.

The Hodors are pulling their hair out wondering what we could possibly be talking about in here since the show has passed the books, and little do they know we are discussing British political parties and their relations to historical royal families

I'm sure there are a bunch of them, but none who advocate for those views on the level of a Susan Sarandon or Sean Penn. It's likely just people who nod and agree at parties, but don't go spouting opinions to the media. On the other end of the spectrum, I'm sure that a lot of apolitical actors become phony "activists" just to get noticed by people in the business.

As far as actual Hollywood conservatives go, there was a secret group of them called "Friends of Abe" but they disbanded recently. They said it was because they had grown beyond what their infrastructure could handle, but who knows?

By the old gods and the new, by the red god, the many faced god and the drowned god, if there is one board that can stay mostly free from PoliBoard type bullshite, please let it be the M/TV board. Amen.

Can someone explain to me how the frick Theon got from the north to the Iron islands?
By himself in the dead of winter with no ships money or alliegence

Less wind resistance while he ran because, well, you know.

Just rewatched Winds of Winter

That opening 20 min setpiece is about the best TV or cinema there will ever be

And I will miss Margaery, so fine.

I think she looked weird during that season

But in her prime, she was probably #1 for me

And yes, Winds of Winter, combined with the music is just unreal and then we got one more shock with Tommen's suicide. It's part (the other being R+L=J being confirmed) of the reason why it's my favorite over Battle of the Bastards

At some points during the show, I'm guessing during the times which she had a shaved head, she was wearing some terribly obvious wigs
