Great episode.

So help me out here. Cersei said Euron leaving was part of their plan. Neither of them knew what was in the box, so how did they have that planned beforehand exactly?

I'm surprsied no one has talked about Cersei having Euron bring the Golden Company over. Had a few people all excited when they were mentioned a few episodes ago.

Am I the only one that thinks Euron was actually telling the truth about just going back to Iron Islands and staying out the way? They may have had a plan in place before but I think he said frick I am out for real.

Game of thrones could beat the NFL easily. They're not the least bit concerned.

For real. A wonderfully complex and fascinating character in the books, and a 1-note stereotype in the show. I weep for the Hodors

Listen to his voice in seasons 1 and 2 and then afterwards. They had to have told him to do it. So horrible. All they needed him to do was twirl his moustwche to complete his caricature

I can't be the only one who imagines a variation of Mark Hamill's voice coming out of him when I read the books.

There were five previous kings named Aegon, and probably many other nobles and princes named as such.

It's not like monarchs or popes reuse names in our world either.

I still think Baelish will face his reckoning in the books if fat man ever releases them, but this was clown show all the way.

I thought this ep was very well done. Would have preferred to go out with a bigger bang (cersei dying) but I guess there needs to be more drama than just the NK to fill the next season.

I highly doubt Arya kills him in the books. I think Arya will kill Varys though, but given that he's radically changed in the show, it wouldn't make sense.

There is no way tyrion knows about jons parents. I think he might have been a little annoyed that neither dany nor jon told him that jon "bent the knee", so he was caught off guard at the pit. Then he also is probably concerned bc dany will turn to jon now for guidance. Also maybe some concern that jon and dany are going to have too much power if they marry? Hell, maybe tyrion was hoping dany would make him the heir if she dies. No way it happens now.

Tyrion found out Cersei was preggers, probably told her Dany couldn't get pregnant and that was how they settled in the end. Tyrion looking at the room Jon and Dany are boning in and he is praying she can't get pregnant now....I think Tyrion is playing both sides now

In the books, there is a prophesy of a lion betraying Dany. I would not be surprised if Tyrion betrays Dany for Jon.

Did anyone else think the box has been tampered with when The Hound first opened it and was awkwardly looking at for way too long? I was thinking there was nothing in it and Cersei was gonna go ape shite

Yeah, what was that all about? Euron, I guess, was always going to split, no matter what the debate?
Because he left before they got down to negotiations, and frankly it would seem fitting that at least one player takes the "nope" route.
