I'm sure you creamed your pants at this scene, but are you finally satisfied with Jaime?

Maybe she thought he wouldn't call her bluff and she didn't have the nerve to make the second nod for the kill shot?
Posted on 8/27/17 at 10:48 pm to dallastiger55
He didn't believe that the Cersei would actually have the Mountain kill him. He called her bluff
Oh, and I almost forgot. Is there where I brag about calling Arya and Sansa trapping Littlefinger?

A cheesy end for the most mistreated character in the show. What a waste of a good
character and a good actor. Martin probably died inside as he watched

Hamie didnt believe that cersei would kill him. And i thought mountain did draw his sword but she didnt give the order to kill. I think jamie is going to ride to winterfell to find brienne.
Where the hell did Bronn and Podrick run off to?

The night king will win in the end. No fricking way they can beat that
Knight King has a dragon, Team Targaryen still has 2.
Jon demonstrated to and told Cersei (and the audience) in no uncertain terms that dragonglass instantly takes down wights.
Jon and Dany have an island with literally tons of dragonglass at their disposal. They also have a huge mounted calvary where basically every horseman is also a skilled archer.
Stay out of the castles, they're deathtraps because of the ice dragon (although with the arrows and Bronn on a scorpion, you might be fine).
Stick to the open plains, where even in the cold, the Dothraki have a big mobility advantage, and they should wipe the floor with the zombie army. Scatter when the ice dragon comes.
Biggest threat remains the Night King himself; I think Drogon can take out his zombie little brother (Dany forshadowed that caging the dragons made them weak, Drogon has never been caged). Jon or somebody has to keep Night King occupied so he doesn't throw any more spears.
Beric Dondarrian might be the guy who busies up the Night King, so that Drogon gets rid of the wight dragon. Night King wins that fight, but can't defend his dragon at the same time
After that, you keep your dragons back so he can't jack another one, evacuate the population so there's no reloads for the dead army, take out his armies with your horse archers, and close in for the final kill. Maybe Bran pesters the Night King with his greensight enough to let Jon get an opening in the final fight.

This thread would've imploded with fury and rage, but I would've just had to laugh at the awful writing if the Mountain was actually about to kill Jaime and then the Hound comes in to save the day and kills the Mountain. I think OMLandshark would've shot his tv.

I think everyone in here misheard Leanna. They didn't name him Aegon. Their was already an Aegon. She said Aejon.
Posted on 8/27/17 at 10:53 pm to SLafourche07
The writers have already said it's Aegon

You can't unfrick your aunt. They celebrated it

the 3 best actors in the series have all been lannisters
dance, heady and dinklage (the primary "name" actors)
that scene with tyrion and cersei was truly frightening and it does bring into relief some of the less effective line delivery elsewhere. the writers get some shite but writers always do but the acting has always been up and down.

Listen to his voice in seasons 1 and 2 and then afterwards. They had to have told him to do it. So horrible. All they needed him to do was twirl his moustwche to complete his caricature

Yeah go ahead big guy, it's not like it wasn't pretty obcious and it's not like there wasn't spoilers floating around all week.

So Tormund was in the part of the wall that didn't fall right? Right?

I think adding a monocle and top hat would have been the coup de grace

Her "plan" isn't even a plan. She promised that her forces would be going North to fight too. You don't think team Dany isn't going to notice pretty quickly that that isn't happening?
In all honesty, I was hoping we'd get a two-for tonight with Jaime killing Cersei because of that and LF dying because he's a compulsive shite-stirrer.
