I mean generally telling someone who killed their mom gets that person riled up, I wouldn't count on Sweet Robyn for shite though.

Why? They've always butted heads.

That's true, but if anything, the long list of tragedies and time apart should have them more united than ever, not...this.

What's the point tho. LF is great at the game too. If they are all in one big circle jerk and Sansa and arya want him dead why don't they just kill his arse? Tell Robyn all the shite LF did and he'd be cool with it.

That's what I'm saying. With all the killing at the drop of a hat in this entire series, when is someone going to just say "enough" and just kill him off?

I doubt Sansa weeps for Lysa though after she tried to kill her. It needs to link directly back with Ned.

But the Arya/Sansa stuff is dumb and makes NO SENSE. I do not believe they would act like that.

I thought that scene would go down like that EXCEPT Arya would answer Sansa's question of where she got it and Sansa would explain they were being played. The fact that they had Sansa ask the question and didn't make Arya answer makes me think either they want someone else to out LF (Bran) or as others have speculated Arya already is on to LF and maybe she just wanted Sansa to defend herself to make sure she didn't need to be killed to?

the show has created its own problem here with non-dragon related storylines...once you see dragons roasting shite up, and white walkers spearing them from the sky, all of a sudden you dont really care about petty human squabbles anymore

which is kind of a drag...i mean, there's six seasons before this of compelling human conflict, none of which matters now. we can parse arya and sansa's confrontation all we want, but it really doesnt make any difference at all now

I liked the episode despite the crazy jetpack raven.
I mean Ravens in our reality were pretty fast with good endurance, so it makes sense that it all occured over a couple of days (time for Thoros to die; then more time; then Hound giving away the freeze).

Haven't read all the thread but have we talked about how terrible Benjen did after he gave away his horse!?

You have thought he'd take out more than two guys before going down

The people who watch spoilers and recite line for line what's going to happen; are the people who are going to testify against you in court.

It's more of a feat to me that Jon was wearing a bear fur in boots, got trapped under ice for a decent time, crawled out, rode home still soaked and didn't even get frost nip.

Maybe the Lord of light is in him? Like the red woman, but with not being cold..if so, I don't see how thoros froze so easily. Guess the mauling didn't help, but still.

I'm still highly entertained and loving the show despite the fact that nothing anyone is doing makes any sense at all

Well if Dany is pretty much immune to fire, wouldn't it make sense that Jon has some immunity to "ice?"

I take his whole survival as divine intervention. The Lord of Light isn't done with him yet.

I thought the exact same thing when the Arya/Sansa crap came up.

Same reason I HATED reading Bran chapters in the book. Here's Jon being attacked but Wildlings! Here's Jamie getting his hand chopped off! Here's Arya barely escaping death! Oh, here's Bran bitching about some shite

I took it as Targaryens have a special relationship with fire. It's not all of his DNA, but I didn't know Starks were the unfrozen.

She literally walked out of a flaming building or Khaleesi unharmed. I don't think that's a typical relationship. Seemed to start when she birthed some dragons.

Maybe those that have been brought back from the dead.

Episode 1 (I think, it's been a while) she walked into boiling water with ease, touched the stones that warmed the water. Yet later on, her brother was killed by molten metal. Which she pointed out.

I guess "it" can pick? Being it's called "ice and fire", there has to be some speculation.

Fell the complete opposite. The only good part about last nights episode was the stuff with the characters interacting before even seeing the army of the dead. I'd much rather watch them go deal with Cersei. The zombie army vs dragons is just so lame and not what made the show great. The Arya/Sansa stuff sucks cause it is stupid and it makes no sense.
