That will work so you and the one other guy ahead of everyone else can post away without fricking it up for the rest of the thread

That Mad King flashback was one of the highlights for me. Can't wait to see how that plays out. Although I was expecting dragon skulls in the throne room.

Is that a young Jaime sitting on the iron throne in that last screen cap?

I mean, spoiler alert, but it plays out into Robert Baratheon becoming king

Skulls line the walls
Robert removed them and put them in the basement with the targaryen family foosball table

You're good man. You didn't act like an arse. Sorry if I came off as one towards you. Just saying how the majority was behind

Not enough budget for dragon skulls AND a Dany speech on a real dragon

Perhaps TER broke Aery's brain and he misunderstood "burn them all" to mean KL instead of the wights

I really hope not. Aery's needs to be mad on his own IMO.

That's the lame theory that they are talking about

What's next: Bran going into Tywin's mind laughing, and that's why he hates laughter and it turned him into ruthless monster? Once you open that door it can't be shut. Hodor was utterly destroyed by it. There's no reason to make this a rule rather than an exception.

I feel like Sam is grrm writing himself into the story.

The episode felt slow at times but it set up a lot of shite.
Benjen was definitely THE highlight.
I loved Bran and Arya's scenes this episode. I think we have all known this whole time that Arya will always be a Stark. This season is definitely "a time for Wolves" to return
.
And I love the screen caps of Jaime and Aerys.
I'm so happy we get to see Jaime leave King's Landing. IMO Tommen is gullible but I think Margaery's newfound piety is purely political.
And did you all notice Cersei say "I'm going to have the Mountain fight for me in my trial of combat?" CLEGANEBOWL GET HYPE
!!
The Sam scenes kind of dragged on but taking Heartsbane is going to be uber important in the Great War to come.
Dany's scene to me was kind of throwaway. I would've preferred a scene with Jon and co but they had been in E1-5 and will more than likely be in E7-10.
Oh and the Freys are falling apart. About damn time we get to see Edmure finally.

You and the budget, Jesus

Sam has a big role to play, as does every valyrian steel sword
