Quite old at the time this happened
Part of the reason I ask is because I remember him being well older than Dayne but in the flashback he was not.
The actor said he played Bull. Another reason why I think he is full of shite. But then again I guess D&D could be just saying frick it.

I could handle Syrio being the Waif. However, Syrio seemed to like Arya. The Waif seems to hate her.

Willa could be up there. Ned needs a wet nurse to travel to Dorne, and she ends up being Jon and Edric Dayne's milk mother.
I guess the Bull could be up there. It would provide an action scene for TV and they could just explain it as him being the last line of defense. I certainly don't see the Bull breaking his King Guard vow.

At least in the books I think she was up there. The books say that "they" had to pull him away from Lyanna's body. There should only be one other person there: Howland Reed. Willa had to have been the other person there, and she agreed to say she was Jon's mother if it ever came to that.

The quality of the cinematography wasn't bad but that doesn't make up for AWFUL choreography for that fight scene.

I'm just hoping they don't have the Khals make a big deal about deciding her fate. "Cause I just don't see them making that big of a thing of it. It would be kind of cool if they took like 30 seconds out of their discussions about sacking cities and enslaving populations and go like "er, this chick's Khal died and she didn't come here right away. Motion is to kill her. Any objections? None? Resolution passed."
Then she can go all fire queen on them.
That could happen. Those Dothraki men aren't interested in what women have to say.

When the waif asked Arya if there was anybody else on her kill list, it seemed like Arya wanted to tell her another name. Who do you think she was thinking about?

Thats what I got, too.
I think they emphasized her getting smacked for truth AND lies to prove none of it matters.
All that stuff happened to Arya Stark, not Nobody.
Like literally beating her past out of her.
IMO.

I think she was thinking about killing the waif too!

Haven't read the thread, this has to be a trap right?
No way in hell the Umbers turn against the Starks.

tl;dr most people want it to be a trap. Nothing conclusive one way or the other in this episode.
Posted on 5/10/16 at 6:50 pm to CorporateTiger
Would be idiotic to have the Umbers turn against the Starks.
No way that's Shaggy Dog.

Every non psychopath wants it to be a trap, but I just don't see how that's possible.
First, I think Ramsay would be able to tell the difference in a direwolf and a regular wolf. Possibly not, but I would bet on it.
But if not, every northerner knows how crazy and sadistic Roose Bolton's bastard is, from Reek 1 to reek 2 to all the other trouble he's caused. Hell, Umber called him out on murdering Roose and Karstark witnessed it. There is no way Umber can guarantee himself that when he places Rickon in front of Ramsay, that Ramsay doesn't just flay him or feed him to the dogs immediately. Yes, Umber figures Ramsay wants him as a bargaining chip but Ramsay is a freaking psychopath. He could do anything at any given moment.
I hate to say it, but I think the GNC is dead on the show. Well imo at least.
Oh and if there is a GNC and Umber actually killed Shaggydog just to fool Ramsay, well then frick Umber

Any theory that has Ned throwing away his honor and cheating on Cat, would
1.) completely eliminate the point of who Jon Snows parents are,
2.) not really make any sense as far as we know ned, and
3.) have extremely insignificant repercussions to the story
Agree, except for that he still possibly could have fathered Jon with Ashara(though there isn't much evidence), even though I think it would be more than likely Brandon. If one were to subscribe to that theory of course
