Loved the episode, hated the ending scene.
I think that's probably the general consensus. It was awesome for the first 59 minutes and then they go to that shite. Dany wasn't even in the fricking episode until then.

Like everyone else, the rest of the episode was masterfully done but didn't like the ending scene. I wouldn't have minded that scene earlier in the episode but certainly not as the last one.

At least some Hodors are getting it

The danearys storyline just drags on and on. What is she trying to do?

Dany is so annoying. Its like they didnt know how to end the season so they went for a way to end with a dragon cry.

They have no idea just how much it drags. This is only the beginning.

Yeah, if they are already getting tired of Dany they will be changing the channel when they see her face in another year or two.

We go from one of the most powerful scenes in the Stannis storyline to Dany fricking crowd surfing?
Posted on 6/9/13 at 9:14 pm to Robot Santa
And honestly, that was the only scene I had issue with. I hate that it's what we ended on.

They missed an opportunity to end with Coldhands.
Terrible ending.
Terrible ending.

So is Jamie going to be at the PW? I hadn't thought about it, but he shouldn't return until he fricks Cersei on Joff's casket, no?

Worst scene in the 3 years of the show. Crowd surfing and smiling like an idiot....terrible

I'm aggrivated over the cocktease they gave us in the "sam the slayer" episode with all the crows, like coldhands was for sure showing up. If they leave him out all together I'll be pissed.

From Hodor thread,
Little does he know that that was resolution to the THEON storyline. Muahahahaha!!

For me, the whole episode was mostly a whole bunch of nothing happening with a few brief exceptions. Might have been my least favorite in the last 2 seasons.

Hbo just trolled the nonreaders. Look at all those people Danny has. She is a badass and her story will be awesome.

I dunno, I thought it was pretty good sans that Dany bullshite.
We had Theon turning into Reek (which was great BTW), Arya finally fricking someone up Tickler style, Jaime returning to KL, Stannis finding out about The Others and heading down that path, Sam and Gilly guiding Bran to the Wall. Some pretty pivotal stuff. Just not the big "bang" we're used to in their season finales.

Why did Arya tell the hound that was her first kill? Didn't she kill the fat boy in season 1? Or am I just thinking of the book?
