I gave it zero stars because Blackfish's voice was different than described in books.

This is a long thread. Did we figure out if the guy who saved theon from prison is the same guy in the woods? And did anyone speculate on why he said "winter is coming" instead of "what is dead will never die?"

It's definitely the same guy. Pretty intrigued by his character and him calling him "my Lord"

This is the first mention of it. So you're thinking he may be a Stark or a Northerner?

I have no clue really. But the whole thing just an air of mystery about it. "Winter is coming" -- "it's time to go home" or whatever he said--something is not what meets the eye here. Maybe something magical.

Also, the soldiers seemed to know him, which would make it likely he was more than some slave.

if GOT was LSU football then this thread is like a microcosm of the rant.

75% of people bickering
25% good info/discussion

my percentages may be a little off. anyone want to bicker about it????

i totally forgot that dude said "winter is coming". made me think he was aligned with the starks. which wouldn't make sense. would it?
seems like there's some dissent amongst robb's guys so who knows...

also, there should be a mandatory weekly tracking shot thru littlefinger's brothel every week.

I wouldn't count out Jaime as a swordsman yet. Has anyone gone back to the episode where he fights with Ned to see if he's left-handed (or even the episode with Brienne)? Alternatively, I wouldn't be shocked to see him incorporate a lighter blade he could more effectively use one-handed and employ a style based more on finesse than strength. From what we've seen/been told I just think he's too good to be permanently crippled by this.

LINK

He uses more both hands, but basing on his stances and shite I'd guess maybe he's right-handed.

If anyone wants to know which hand he is for certain, you can ask in the middle ground thread!

Because I'm itching to answer

Are we not allowed to joke and be friendly in this thread, or is this the no fun zone?
