And I honestly don't know the answer to those questions, but am asking legitimately. And if the answers to those questions is no, and it's only someone posting their names, obviously that's not some huge spoilers (or spoilers at all really)...but it has nothing to do with spoilers, which is what ya'll refuse to understand.

Yes. In the show, in the episode recaps, in the inside the episodes, in the credits, in the dvd extras, in the hbo guide.

Hell, I want spoilers.
The first episode was on point, the last two I'm lost half the time and I'm pretty sure it is not my problem, but the show's problem.

Blackfish's name was probably said in a previous episode but wasn't directly linked, other than on HBOGo's side information thing.
But to miss Gilly's name is on you not paying attention to the north of the wall stuff. It was said in the episode they met, it was said probably every time you saw Sam after that, including the last episode of Season 2 where he said it repeatedly in his "You know what's the most interesting thing about Gilly" spiel. And that's fine, you can miss shite, but someone was questioned to be a spoiling book reader for actually remembering a fricking name.
Do you not think that is absolutely ridiculous? Or that it's making this thread a paranoid and shitty place to be? You and iluv's witch hunt is doing far more damage to the enjoyment of the no spoiler thread than any book reader ever did.
Either the hunters in here are looking for shite to bitch about, or they want zero information at all, in which case you should make a "No Discussion!" thread and lock it. That'll keep you safe from any spoilers like a character's name.

I don't disagree with that at all. What I'm doing though is pointing out that you are getting into the tin-foil hat area of paranoia.
Someone posted that Blackfish's first name is Brynden. That's up on HBO's site where you get to no the characters in a non-spoiler way. Getting all crazy about it is like getting crazy because I said he is Cat's uncle even though in the show they say he is Cat's father's brother.
And then there's the gnawing on OML for simply posting about something that already happened (the inn being the area where the Hound killed the butcher's kid - I had forgotten that and was wondering about Arya's remark as well). He didn't spoil anything, he answered to the exact same degree as a non-reader did and he got shite tossed in his face.

Call it what you want, I'm just trying to keep bookreaders out of this thread (and trying to be civil about it). That's all.
And it's not even about a name. It's simply about people posting in threads they are meant to post in. Nothing more. A name, a banner, none of it may be "important information," but the importance of the information isn't the point. That's been stated a hundred times.
