You really don't understand?
They kill Robb stark, whomever is married to Sansa basically owns the north. (at this point they think the two younger sons are dead leaving just Sansa, Arya and a bastard)
no, I get it - but if Sansa is technically the only remaining Stark, then, couldnt whomever just take Winterfell over? If there is hardly any remnants of the Stark family left, just kick her to the curb

I read through the rest of your post, I'm not even sure why you're watching the show honestly if you actually believe what you typed about everything being meh or uninteresting.
first - frick off
secondly, I didnt say everything was uninteresting. I said the Theon thing is going nowhere, the mutiny of the Kings Watch only seemed to serve fatty's escape, and I still dont see why Sansa is so important
...unless they think that Robb is going win this war?

Not a spoiler, but I won't post it anyway

Its common sense is all I posted. No spoilers, but I deleted it anyway knowing you'd be a bitch about it.

The North looooooooooved and respected the shite out of the Starks for generations (they talk about this in the first season... or maybe the second when Robb is gathering all the bannermen for rebellion against King's Landing) and the folks in the North are loathe to change. It's easier for the Lannisters to marry Sansa (or Arya, if they had her) off to whoever they feel would be most beneficial to them and the Iron Throne. It's all about that old-world medieval loyalty-to-name thing.

So who's there now?
Ask that in the middle ground thread. I don't believe answering it would be a spoiler, but it's better to be on the safe side.

Christ. Just leave the damn thread, Bard.

Oh, for the love of God pull the stick out of your arse. Everything I have stated here is shite that is already known within the series. There are a ton of moving parts to this show and it's easy to miss things that have already been stated NUMEROUS times (like everyone being made to think Bran and Rickon are dead, Jaime and Cersei are siblings and Tyrion is a fricking that people refer to derisively as "The Imp") or at least heavily inferred.
If something comes along that I think could even HINT at a spoiler, I advise folks to ask it in the middle ground thread (and have yet to release a spoiler there either).
And I will keep doing it too. Why? Because you, Stu and iluv aren't the only non-readers that browse this thread so grow up and stop being so goddamn selfish.

I think he means IF they kill Robb then Sansa is the key.

Lets just stop all this talk about Winterfell and the Starks and focus on the beast that is Calesi Dany Stormborn Targaryen Mother of Dragons.

agreed, just kill the character and move on. His storyline is dead and completely boring, it's just wasting airtime

quote:Yeah, I was disappointed by that too. Watch the previews for next week. Arya is pissed about something. I think the shadow lady is going to nab the Boratheon bastard.
Was not expecting the brothers without banners to be followers of the lord of light. They kinda seem like agnostics to me. Red headed lady could very well be going to meet up with them. Maybe she hooks up with one eyed willie?

One minor thing I didn't like: Daeny freed all of the men and asked them to fight for her anyway, but didn't really give them any reason to. Sure, she's nice since she freed them and all other slaves, but you'd think it would take a little sweetener to get them to follow (such as land when she wins the war). I suppose they may not know any other life but that of fighting, so they figure they may as well do it for the pretty lady since the old master just got toasted. Plus I suppose discussing how many furlongs of land and how many bitcoins they get paid in the meantime would be a bit dull for such an intense scene.

Yes, I do. I post things that are already known and advise those with questions that may go deeper to pose them in the middle ground thread. The former I do when someone asks something that has already been answered in the series but no one is answering it in the thread because it's been missed in all the confusion. The latter I do to keep things as clean as possible.
And the more you keep responding with vehemence, the more I will respond in kind. Just like with any other thread in any other forum on this board you have choices:
-Read it and respond
-Read it and don't respond
-Ignore it
Nothing about you is so special that it warrants you get a specially sequestered area, especially if it would end in being a detriment to others.
