I'm not miserable. I'm embarrassed that you can't see perhaps the biggest mary sue on television right now. Keep sitting on your fat arse and consuming this dreck. It's good for your mental and physical health.

Yeah, they should have cast one of the 2 black ranchers in North Dakota. Or maybe had a 80 year old Mike Milligan be the bad guy.

anyone think that Graves had his phone recording during his showdown with Tillman and his ensuing murder? Of course he was probably buried with his phone, but maybe he had it uploading in real time? idk just a thought.

Did he answer it maybe?
Someone on other side listening.

yes, or that. Because we don't see Lorraine again in the episode after he gets to the ranch, right? And they don't actually show him ignoring the call, right?

I actually liked season 3, but could not get into season 4. I made it like one episode into 4 before I quit.
Season 5 is great.

one of the best characters, and performances in all of Fargo (TV series)

Correct, he actually swiped when that call came in, so he could've indeed answered.
It would also make sense that they foreshadowed it by showing that all of his favorite contacts are Lorraine and Wink (her husband). In other words, he doesn't seem to correspond with anyone else outside of the family, so it was presumably one of them, one of the two police officers, or the FBI calling.

He really was. I've been rewatching S1 again and will get to S2 soon. I'm looking forward to rehashing Mike Milligan all over again.

Killing gator would have been better for him.

I’ve been a fan of this show. I get that they’re working a slow build to the finale,
but there were a few things about this episode I didn’t like….
Dot has been so resourceful and self reliant until now. On her first phone call to her husband, she’s not really in a rush to ask for help. After she dispatched Karen,
instead of hoping in a car and getting out of there…she calls for help (and affirmation) then agrees to hide. She also leaves her gun outside “the grave” and has to defend herself with a bone.
I’ll also add that I’m slightly disappointed that they’ve added a few unnecessary political barbs. I have no doubt that Lorainne would be contemptuous toward all politicians that she feels she owns on either side of the spectrum. I’m afraid it will just lead to cries from a parade of snowflakes who believe the great woke conspiracy is out to get them.
I liked how Munch settled things with Gator. Eye for an Eye. Noted that Roy didn’t seem too concerned. Similarly, Roy just went to the next room after seeing Karen laid out on the floor.
Wasn’t the best episode, but hoping it was just the calm before the storm and next week will be great.

Yeah I didn't see a blinding coming.
Munch has been one of the best villians in Fargo history.
Btw without being political since I don't care, it took a second viewing to catch who Lorraine was talking about when she wanted to call the orange idiot to call in what she paid for. I laughed out loud.

I enjoyed the episode, but it did feel pretty stupid for her to climb in the grave without the gun that she left lying right by the secret entrance. I won't nitpick this season unless they frick up the ending, but that stood out.

It did, but as you say it's no a deal breaker if they stick the landing.

My rationalization is that we finally saw her hit a wall. She was close to freedom and losing her focus.

So what do the FBI/tactical force do now that they fully realize what they are up against? They don't want to get into a shootout with these frickers, and I don't think that they will. I think that the whole thing will diffuse somehow with Roy's death or arrest somehow and his patriots ultimately saying frick this.

No offense taken, as I certainly see the irony in that as well.
In hindsight, I also wonder whether the realizations about Linda also might have played into her hitting the wall? Obviously when faced with imminent danger in Karen, she was sharp in dispatching her but maybe she’s slipping otherwise.
