Besides maybe Superbad, it's probably the best Apatow produced or directed film of his mid-late 00s run.
Incredible cast and one of the hardest I've ever laughed in a theater. Also one of the most sneakily quotable comedies ever.
Plus...Kunis and Bell........

Great movie. Jason Segel fits Judd Apatow’s movies so well.
Mila in this movie makes me :jump2:

So many little subtle laughs in that one. My favorite is when Aldus is upset about the shirt Sarah makes him wear, then when he agrees to have dinner with Peter, Sarah says "well, this is gonna be awkward" and Aldus responds with "yeah, I know with this shirt." Or something close to that.

The guy who was Kenneth on 30 Rock had some hilarious scenes as the newlywed having sex. One line I love when they’re in bed, his wife says, “I still can’t feel anything” and he follows that with, “Ok cause it hurts me”

You're that guy from Kaiser Permanente!

One of the funniest movies I picked up late. Although really could have done without seeing Jason Segel’s penis. Twice.

Someone needs to make the Dracula puppet musical happen in real life.

Great movie
"I just went from six to midnight"
Took me longer than I care to admit to realize what the hell that meant.

I have the pleasure of having cousins who have a beach house next to turtle bay where they filmed the movie. I always get drunk over there when I go

I don’t know what I’m missing from this movie. I’ve watched it twice just to see if I was in a bad mood or something the first time. Didn’t think it was that funny either time.

Great movie! Very funny and watchable. I love Peter’s depressed song, “Peter you suck! Peter you suck! Peter your music is f’n terrible!”
I heard an interview with Jason Segal and he was asked where this came from. He said it was an idea he had and pitched it to a friend who was some Hollywood bigshot when he was first getting into screenwriting. He said he went to his friends office and he was really excited and the guy looked at him and said “Never show this to anyone. Ever! This is the worst thing I’ve ever read in my life and you can never tell anyone about this.” He said fastforward years later and when they were writing the movie they needed something for Peter to be working on and he brought it up, people thought it was funny and they ran with it.

I don't remember the exact quote but something along the line of God being a poor city planner and putting a playground next to a sewer.
