I'm in. Gibson can direct and it looks pretty good:

Looks like literally the entire movie was in that trailer.

I'm often a "its a movie, turn reality off" but why the hell would a federal agent be transporting a federal inmate on a small private plane and alone?
I'm guessing its going to be "Small backwoods town and only way out",
Another question, they are flying to NYC for trial, looks like they are flying over the swiss alps. Didn't realize any geography around NY looked like that and if not, they are thousands of miles away and you don't take a cesna plane that far.
Having said that, I'll prob watch when on a streaming platform.

Judging from the views, they are in Alaska where a lot of travel must be done by smaller planes. Some villages there have no other access to the outside world. My guess is the Topher character fled the mob and ended up in rural Alaska until this agent somehow tracked him down.

Might end up being a good movie. Three solid actors. Don't know what the bald head or bad accent does for Mark Walberg's character. For that matter, Walberg seems to be playing a character that Gibson himself would be well-suited to play.

The haircut is interesting. Does not look like he went bald but some sort of psych patient that shaved that part of his head.

I was worried that he was going to have that awful southern accent the entire movie, but it makes sense that it is bad since he is pretending to have it.

Movie looks like it had a $10 budget.
Filmed in a Flight Simulator and green screen hangar.
I wish Mel would follow up Apocalypto....
And tell the story of how a small band of Spanish sailors/warriors conquered the Americas.

Yeah should have stopped after the convict saw the ID and walberg looked in the rearview. At that point you dont know if he was there to free him or kill him.

Totally agree, maybe there is another twist we haven't seen but that wasn't the best way to build suspense.
