Festivus is the obvious one, but captured most of his eccentricities in one episode. Frank's time to shine.

Honorable mention, the "bro" (manzere).

“I’m back baby!!!” when he decides to cook again for the Jewish singles.

Hot take: Frank Costanza was the best character on Seinfeld in that he never had a wasted scene. Stiller was bringing the heat each time.

You want a piece of me - Outtake

The lady and I were watching The Last Dance last week, and when it showed Jerry hanging out with MJ she admitted that she’s never seen Seinfeld. So now we’re in the middle of binging the entire series.

Franks hasn’t made an appearance yet, she has no idea what’s coming.

What the hell did you trade Jay Buhner for?!? He had 30 home runs, over 100 RBIs last year, he's got a rocket for an arm, you don't know what the hell you're doin'!!

It's a toss up for me.
either
"Jerry, It's Frank Costanza, George is Dead, Mr. Steinbrenner's here, Call me back"

or

I do this all the time to my kids when they do something dumb. Never realized why i would did it until i saw the episode a few weeks ago and it reminded me why i think to do that when someone says something dumb.

I loved the one where Elaine found out Frank knew Korean, so she brought him to her salon to see if the Korean workers were talking about her.

“This is Frank Costanza you think you can keep us out, we are moving In lock stock and barrel. We’re gonna be in the pool, we’re gonna be in clubhouse, we’re gonna be all over that shuffleboard court and there is nothing you can do to stop us”

quote:

GEORGE: All right. So let me ask you a question. Who was the man in the cape?

FRANK: He was my lawyer.

GEORGE: You lawyer wears a cape..?

FRANK: Yeah. So what?

GEORGE: Who wears a cape?

FRANK: He's very independent; doesn't follow the trends.
