Elliot/Ellen Page Considered to replace Ezra Miller as Flash?

I've read this from a few places and it sounds more like an Alphabet People wish list than a serious consideration but who knows?

The way DCU can screw up a wet dream it wouldn't surprise me if they are considering this move and are using this method to take the publics temperature on cast this person.

I’m guessing that’s a joke which too many are buying as legit?
Because DC thinking their universe needs an even smaller, less masculine & unlikeable actor as the lead to their tent pole product is brain breaking.

No shot. If DC is good at one thing it’s casting (save for Lex Luthor). Flash was good at the time anyway before he went full trans.

I will second the just throw a bucket of money at Grant Gustin.
I could maybe see Elliot/Ellen as the replacement if they are trying to salvage the current movie because after the sex change thing it kind of does look like Ezra Miller in the face. Do EE for closeups and you could still use shots with Ezra at a distance.
Regardless Double E would make a lousy Flash. You need someone with a bit more flair and cheerfulness for the character and that is not what he/she is good at.

I hope it's a joke but that way these studios are forcing alphabet people as main characters it wouldn't surprise me if this is a serious consideration.
In a way I sort of hope they do it because the movie will flop so bad it may slow this trend down a bit.

No he wasn’t. Grant Gustin is way better but DC stupidly decided to cast Ezra instead. Ben Affleck sucked as Batman too

no. Affleck made a great Batman—people just didn’t like BvS’ story. Movie Flash needed to be different than TV Flash and Miller did a decent job of that. Could it have been better, sure, but he isn’t awful.

Please let them do it. This film might not cross 20 million if they have Elliott Page star and turn the Flash trans.

Replacing him better bring in someone as good or better than him in that role who is somewhat believable. Page can act but can’t project to be a superhero.
Christ, may as well put Hillary Swank in that role instead since she has won acting awards AND did real training as a boxer for Million Dollar Baby if we are going down the stupidest route possible.

i have never watched one second of the Flash, but my kids say they like him way more than Ezra Miller anyways.

I’d kind of like to see a “The Batman” style movie with Affleck. Maybe do Dark Knight Returns, although that’s such a polarizing story I don’t know if it would work well on a mainstream audience.
