I doubt it’s this. Hollywood is still in its pandering liberal message pushing era (albeit coming to an end).
In reality, Elliot Page is not an A list actor. He is probably getting small roles that are sufficient for his status in Hollywood but is probably turning them down thinking “well I just starred in a Chris Nolan film.”
Also, not many studios want the controversy that came with the pre-release of the Odyssey . The outrage didn’t tank the film, but it definitely was bad press before hand. A Chris Nolan film can outlast that kind of press because it’s his name on the film.
Any other big budget movie may not survive that kind of political backlash and therefore studios will not roll the dice on hiring him.

She’s the one saying that there aren’t offers coming in.
And let’s be honest, most of the uproar was from the casting of people who didn’t remotely fit the classic definition of their roles.

I haven't seen the Odyssey, but I've seen the scene she is in and that's all you really need to see to understand why she's not getting offers. As one reviewer described her 'she looks like a toddler running with a full diaper'. She's short, not masculine, hormones have fried her voice, and the sad reality is she doesn't have the range to play a man.

On make to female transition i know they invert the penis to make a psedo vagina. Of course it wouldn't be a vagina but what of female to male?
No way to make a working penis from a clit. I imagine they may put something down there. Maybe an inflatable or detachable penis?
But what I'm being at is. Being a man and being with a women means you'll have sex. But if a Trans"man" has women parts and female junk. Isn't that still a lesbian? Then how would the partner who i assume is into women knowing she will never be plugged want to date a half man over a woman? I would assume most lesbians are attracted to what men are attached to in women.
Just seems not only is trans a mental illness but it ruins a lot of your choices.

That's the glaring truth of it all. She's not that good of an actor to pull it off, lacks the physical build and sure as hell doesn't have the voice.
And before the usual suspects jump in with their 'aksually' nonsense, I'm not claiming she's insufficient to play an action hero, therefore she's not 'manly' to play any role. But no one expects here to be Alan Richson, Bruce Willis or even John Krasinski. She's not comedic (again, because she's female) not athletic, she's nearly 40 and hasn't shown the range to be much more than a shy, vulnerable teenager.

Leading actors are people who have won a highly competitive race to embody desirable physical archetypes. She was a cute/hot girl next door type as a woman, but there is no desirable male physical archetype in which she is competitive. Character actors are broad and lean toward caricature. Again, Page has no place here. If anything the trans look induces disgust reactions from most people.

For any role she might possibly be considered for DJ Qualls would be a better choice. And he doesn't exactly set a high bar.

Only made worse by the actual on screen history she has that people can do a side by side comparison with and understand her tragic physical change was done on purpose, by her, for absolutely no real medical reasons.
Jeremy Renner nearly lost a leg and his life trying to save his nephew a few years ago. Today he looks pretty much exactly the same. The reason he's not doing Marvel stuff anymore is he can't physically do what we've seen Hawkeye do. Even though he COULD act the part, Marvel decided not to pay him for stuff he can't do. Or something like that.

I gave up on Marvel some time before the last movie, but Hawkeye and Black Widow are absurd characters in ensemble super hero movies. "I have two 9mms, I'm gonna help Iron Man win a fight."

I assume a normal girl that dates a trans man is doing it for a fetish or is just a lesbian. That or is just fine with a strap on.
The Baby Reindeer dude, which was loosely based on a true story (and this part I believe because he is obviously weird), said he was into hooking up with trans women. It was his thing. I'm like no, that just means you're gay.

They should definitely cast her to play the next Frankenstein. I'm usually against gender swapping characters but that's one role she was made for.

Despite how tone-deaf Hollywood tries to be on this issue, too many know that the majority of the country isn't buying into the trans movement (and especially not that level of trying to gas the favoritism into existence). The inclusion in Umbrella Academy was due to the story almost being over, but she seems to have taken that as some sort of positive affirmation that she's "a real boy."
She's not, everyone knows she's not and most people aren't interested in having to filter out her LARP just to watch something she's in.
