I for one am truly baffled as to why that might be. Because The Odyssey, which 'Elliot' appears in, is doing bonkers at the box office. So logically, 'Elliot' should reap the benefits of such success, right?

It’s going to be really funny when the day comes where ole Elliot makes a rom com. It’ll be interesting to see who he/she goes after. Man? Woman? Other trans? I’m being stupid, but does that seem out of the realm of possibility?

Apparently in real life Elliot has a girlfriend. Who probably outweighs her.

Because nearly everyone thinks trannies are, in a fashion, gross.
Now I don't think they should be prevented from living their lives and pursuing their dreams. . .but if a tranny is in a major role, it becomes a negative in the calculus determining my interest.

I feel badly for her. At some point the reality of destroying her body and her fertility will have to be understood. It would take an exceptional amount of mental stability to overcome that grief. The more likely outcome with a less stable person is self harm.
A small woman with a dainty frame is just not likely to be treated well as a man. You won't be able to easily pass for a man and if you can pass you likely don't understand that small men have a tendency to be mistreated by others (women especially).
