Not good enough. Return of the King was a best picture winner. Film snobs are triggered a fantasy film by Peter Jackson whose previous career was B movie horror accomplished this.

They’re so triggered that it made it on this list

This is just for the 2000s, they have another list for 2010s. But I do agree that 3 is too high for Zodiac, which I really like

I think Michael Clayton should be on the list. Glad that Crash didn’t make it.

This is a Top 10 film of the 2000s at the least IMO.

Wow you must have seen all the good movies from that decade.

Haven't even heard of 4 of these films.

Haven't heard of 4 of the first 10...but yea list is "shite", whatever you say.

No Dark Knight? No Return of the King?

Try harder, click the link. Dark Knight is the next movie listed. But you're so sure it's better than movies you haven't even heard of.

Every time someone posts an RT or "critics poll" top 10 or 100 film lists, they're always, always shite.

Pretending to know about movies you haven't seen or heard of. You're pretentious, not the lists.

Other than the trilogy ranking in the top 25 movies of the decade here, a few of his early movies are respected with cult followings. Braindead is remembered as one of the great horror comedies. Heavenly Creatures is also critically acclaimed. But sure, "film snobs" are "triggered".

The only movie on the top 10 list I really liked was enternal.

Yeah I dug no country, but didn't think as highly of it as most. And I guess I don't hold there will be blood as high as some because it's not even my favorite DDL movie.

And I still don't get children of men love.

This ignores all the extra attention lord of the rings got due to Jackson's critically acclaimed movies. So, I'm saying this is is BS. Brain Dead was a beloved B-Movie. Heavenly Creatures was one of the most acclaimed movies of its year

I like this movie more than just about any other on the list. The scene where they are arguing on the airplane is classic.

Quite possibly the least entertaining movie I have ever watched. Obviously, I don’t have the same taste in movies as critics.

it deserved that award less than Delpit winning the Thorpe for 2019, and it won it for the same reasons (total body of work)

Fellowship was the only one deserving of a Best Picture win. Two Towers and ROTK deserved their noms, but neither deserved a win.

Sideways and adaptation are both way too low.

Interesting that they are next to each other as I find them to be very similar. The two main characters in each, and their relationships with each other, are almost identical.

I don't dislike any of those movies, but that is one pretentious, masturbatory list.
