He got cast as black panther around the same time as getting diagnosed. I’m guessing he found a way to keep it a secret from marvel so they wouldn’t diminish his role or recast, probably ensuring life changing pay days while going through treatment and acting in an action movie

Incredibly impressive for him to film and stay in that shape after being diagnosed. He must be an incredible physical specimen to do that. Great job by his family and those close to him from preventing his from getting out and allowing him some peace.

Holy shite I thought his recent weight loss pics looked unhealthy but never knew he had cancer. They kept that completely under wraps.
