Definitely needed more than what we got. But with that cast, and knowing the careers of so many that followed, I wonder if that would have helped or hindered their stardom. Gotta think it'd make bigger stars out of them, but who knows.

What canceled TV show do you think was most-deserving of a longer run?

Game of Thrones. Can't believe they canceled it after season 6

I think it's a shame The Acolyte and Halo got canceled.

Halo may come back though.

Here’s one that might be a bit obscure: “Wayne”.

Awesome show. They kinda rushed the end, but I think they knew they only had 1 season to work with.

Also, “Criminal Minds” needed more seasons for sure. This one ended abruptly as if they expected more seasons and didn't get them.

Wheel of Time. But start it over. With a new cast. Use the books this time.

Was the first show that popped into my head, would’ve been my answer.

Instead, I’ll go with…

Great shows. Sucks that they were considered too expensive at the time

I don’t understand why they can’t bring this show back. They can have an entirely new cast and tell a different story. There is so much interesting history and characters in Roman history they can cover.

I was a big fan of the Ellery Queen show from way back in the day. Great period sets, big name guest stars, and good production values (I understand it was very expensive to produce, which is one of the reasons for its cancellation).
Each episode ended the same way, with Ellery (Jim Hutton) breaking the fourth wall to talk about the evidence before he solved the crime.
Unfortunately, only the one season.
