How many people from that cast are still alive at this point? Larroquette and Marsha Warfield?

I think so from the regulars. Laroquette is the only one living of the three who were in all of the episodes.

Harry Anderson, Markie Post, Charles Robinson all died in the last decade.

John Astin however is still ticking at 93 years old.
