it's actually titled "A Serbian Film" and I came here to post this one and it's not remotely close and I've seen nearly all the other ones mentioned
not much bothers me, but this one was really sickening ... at the same time - and I hesitate to even say this - despite the material, it's very well made *yuck* which probably contributes to why it's so disgusting.

70’s low budget sexploitation film. Spent the night at a buddy’s house when we were in highschool in the late 80’s. Got high and watched this. Laughed out asses off. It is gory but it’s so over the top and such bad special effects that it’s comical.
