re: Bruce Wayne, or Tony Stark... Who scores higher on an IQ test?

Wayne is largely riding on his parents' accumulated wealth, has time to sit and stew over things that bother him.
So is Tony Stark.

That is total fricking bullshite. Bruce Wayne is a fricking genius and the World’s Greatest Detective. Just because he doesn’t build Iron Man uniforms doesn’t make him dumber. There is detective work and reasoning that Stark couldn’t figure out that Wayne could. They’re different waves of intellectual, but I think all in all Wayne may have the higher IQ. Iron Man isn’t definitively the smartest Avenger (Banner, Strange, and Pym are up there with him), while Batman is almost certainly the smartest of the Justice League.

Stark inherited his fathers massive fortune and continued what his father created...... Stark Industries and the weapons they produced.
Neither came from nothing.
Neither came from nothing.

And Bruce Wayne is a master at all 127 forms of martial arts known to man and that includes some alien martial arts as well.

Hey now, let's not forget that Superman's intelligence gets forgotten too much. He was born in the House of El, a family known on Krypton for their massive intelligence and intellectual prowess.
After all Jor-El was the one who correctly predicted Krypton's death when no one refused to entertain the possibility and was able to build a safe means of transportation to get his only son across the universe away from an exploding planet and then install Kal-El's fortress with all of Krypton's knowledge which is way more than anything Earth knows right now.
Kal-El is an equal to Batman in IQ and intelligence if you ask me.

He’s smart, but Luthor is clearly than Superman is. I do think that Superman isn’t as smart as Batman. And I’m a big Superman fan as you know, but I don’t think he has a 160 plus IQ, which both Luthor and Batman possess.

Tony score more in terms of tech building but Batman would have done to Tony what Quill the dumbass did, and a lot better to boot, would have incapacitated him with something from his utility belt.

Which one would beat the Kobayashi Maru scenario?

Bruce didn't foolishly create Ultron.
Wayne wins.
Wayne wins.

Iron Man is not a tactician, which Starlord directly calls him out about in IW. In the Avengers it has really been Captain America who has been the tactician for the group. It’s not his gift. Hell freeing Dr Strange was Spider-Man’s idea and not Tony’s. He’s a scientific genius, sure, but he does not possess the gifts for tactics in the same way Batman has.

I mean...Tony created a living thing and that thing happens to also be brilliant
Probably not the best argument for debunking Tony.

Creating something without a failsafe for not becoming a murderous megalomaniac is not the greatest look for Tony, either.

Really? Seems like Reed was always building something nerdy

We have already established Tony is not a tactician lol

Stark invented a fusion reactor about the size of an iPhone. He reverse-engineered a virus and integrated it into his suit.
Wayne commandeered a bunch of stuff that his company designed, but that the military said was too expensive, even for them.
Wayne has a butler. Stark programmed his own butler.
In Iron Man 3, Stark gets drunk, gets laid by a horny PhD who has an enticing idea she can't figure out, and instead of passing out after sex, he solves her problem despite being buzzed out of his mind.
Stark can look at a theme park schematic and recognize the atomic structure of an element that doesn't yet exist.
He's one of those geniuses that everything is painfully obvious to, and he can barely slow down enough to function around "normal" people.
Wayne's a smart guy, but not at that level. He's driven and obsessive.

There are different types of high intellect. Yes, Batman isn’t going to create nanotechnology, but have Iron Man solve mysteries. He will not do well at that. Bruce Wayne is a fricking genius at this and probably the smartest of the Justice League. Your thinking is exceptionally rigid and you’re only taking into account on what Tony can create and completely ignoring what Tony can do compared to Batman.
Well deserved downvote for you.

He's not.
His biggest task as a superhero is to fight crime, defend others from villainy, and make the world a better place. In all of those, his best efforts lag behind Stark by a considerable margin. They started from basically the same point (rich guy), but Batman is still struggling to keep street thugs under control, Gotham is horrible. He lacks vision, settling for targets the SWAT team should deal with.
To paraphrase Stark, "we can be so much more than that".
I'd downvote you in return, but I don't downvote others just because they don't share the same opinion
