Theme song from Jaws.
35 years later and I still hear that music in my head when I swim in the ocean.

Closer by Nine Inch Nails in Se7en, which played during the opening credits really set the tone for the movie.

I dont know the song but it was playing while Mr Black danced around the cop he had tied to a chair in Resevoir Dogs.
Wasn't that Stuck in the Middle With You by Stealer's Wheel?
Good choice
A couple of others I enjoyed:
Don't Stop Me Now by Queen in Shaun of the Dead
Damn it Feels Good to be a Gangsta - Office Space
A couple that don't matter to me, but I'm surprised I didn't see listed:
Afternoon Delight in Anchorman
Louie Louie in Animal House
Shout in Animal House

A lot of good ones mentioned, but Last of the Mohicans hands down. No contest.
One that sticks out though is Baba O'Riley playing at the end of "The Girl Next Door"

watched Lost In Translation for the first time in a while last night
"Honey" by The Jesus And Mary Chain was well placed at the end.

The only rival for the last of the mohicans score, IMO, would be the score for braveheart.
The opening theme for band of brothers has to be the greatest opening theme ever. The opening theme for last of the mohicans has the big dramatic climax, but BOB has the emotional pull and let's you know its all gonna be okay in the end.
That sentence could really be taken apart...
The office space reference is also a great scene

I heard "If You Leave Me Now" by Chicago on the radio this morning and it reminded me of the movie "Three Kings."
I figured it deserved a mention in this thread.
