Best use of one song in a movie

What do you think is the best use of one single song in a prominent role in a film?? In other words, the song was more than just background music...it actually served a purpose in the film.
My choice: "It's The Same Old Song" by The Four Tops in "Blood Simple"
Coen Brothers!!!

"You Never Can Tell". I don't know if it fits the OP's question, but that dance scene is great and I guess it played a role in the movie.
