got the rona. When i'm depressed i like going back to things from my childhood. I tried batman TAS and LOTR but they were both too loud/dramatic and my head is pounding. What's something quiet that requires little to no mental energy to follow?

Harry Potter is pretty good for me when I have a lot of time and just chilling
Hulu has some good shows from when I was a kid and some good sitcoms. Saved by the bell, Seinfeld, Married with children just to name a few examples of potentially good ones

LOTR or something like that is a usual go to.
If that's too loud, the first Harry Potter is hood, like stated above
If that's not your cup of tea, then I like good 90s light comedy stuff like Wayne's World or My Cousin Vinny. The last time I was sick, I caught King Ralph, which I hadn't seen in 25 yrs. It was great and just what I needed.
Don't go with any hardcore moder Netflix type shows. Too dark and too intense.
I also find westerns to be a good remedy.

As buckeye said, hulu has some of the great oldies, but also truly some of the best comedies all-time to feel better. BOL man.

Princess Bride the movie about a boy and how he spends his day being sick being read a story...seems perfect for your situation

When sick or hungover you can’t beat Pixar or Dreamworks animation.
Something about the colors and light hearted-ness does it for me when feeling sick.

I’m on day 7 of Rona, depressed I can’t find anything I want to watch that I haven’t seen

Being sick watching TV always reminds me of staying home from school in which case it’s long binges of Star Trek TNG, Bond films, or price is right

Good, clean comedy in half hour episodes, give the old "Andy Griffith Show" a look see. Never gets too loud or busy, just simple comedy with a straight man (Andy) and a goofball deputy (Barney) to keep you laughing.
