Off the top id say Ellen Page in Juno, any of them in Mean Girls, any of them in Clueless, not sure if Emma Stone in Crazy, Stupid Love would count, Two Weeks notice is the GOAT chick flick so i'll go Sandra Bullock.

it's exactly why I liked her performance in Just Friends.

She didn't resort to trying to be crude. She basically played a crazier, turbo version of Brittany Spears and it was perfect imo.

Off topic, but a few recent ones off the top of my head that were memorable:

Jane Lynch in Role Models
Catherine O'Hara in Best in Show
Melissa McCarthy in Bridesmaids

Jane Lynch in 40 year old virgin

“You ever heard of the term “frick buddy?”

Not really best performance, but funny as hell in the short time she was on screen

Teri Garr, Madeline Kahn and Cloris Leachman were all perfect in Young Frankenstein. Diane Keaton in Love and Death. Julie Hagerty was great in Airplane and Lost in America.

She really did make that movie.

Forgiveness!
Oh, it's GO time!
I'm busy...you DICK!
Hey, what if on our way to Paris we stop off in Ireland and find out where U2 lives.
What if we could get Bono to sing back-up on Forgiveness, I'd be all like Forgiveness is the way and he'd be like Forgiveness everyday - only like all Bono-y.

"Alright, who's the genius behind this?"
"The container said Microwavable."
"Yeah but the aluminum foil wasn't."
"I'm not supposed to worry about stuff like that, I'm the talent...hey wait a minute, am I being punked? Where's Ashton? Ashton! Oh my god! You totally got me!"

Marilyn Monroe in Gentlemen Prefer Blondes. Sexy as hell and funny. The scenes with Sir "Piggy" and young Mr. Spofford III were freaking hilarious.

Hard to argue with Madeline Kahn in Blazing Saddles as well.
