Just to go with one that hasn’t been mentioned.

The last play in the movie Wildcats when Finch’s fat arse jumps up and blocks the FG and Levander Williams (player by a younger, skinnier Bubba from Forrest Gump) picks it up and runs it back to win the championship. Some good hits and music during that play.
