I'm glad someone brought up Boogie Nights with Burt Reynolds. Dude is a good actor, but my favorite role of his was Boogie Nights. He nailed it. OP is an idiot.
Also to give an actual good answer, Jesse Eisenberg in The Social Network. Dude isn't a good actor at all, but he clearly nailed the Mark Zuckerberg role.

Time has been extremely kind to Reeves. He was extremely meh for a good portion of his career, but kind of turned it on after the Matrix. I thought he did great with a mediocre plot with Constantine, and he has been fantastic with the John Wick movies.

Wallace Shawn as Vizzini. He is about as terrible as it gets as an actor but this was the perfect role for him.

Vince Vaughn in Brawl in Cell Block 99. I never cared for his overplayed schtick in the majority of his roles, but he was refreshingly perfect for this part.

George Lazenby as James Bond might be the GOAT in this category. The guy wasn’t even an actor, faked his way into getting the role, did a better than decent job, then didn’t do shite ever again.
