REALLY!? So going through all the politics race views of having the first black captain America was for nothing? I was looking forward to having Mackie as the new captain America and that was awesome!

I think about this a lot. I made plenty of Hawkeye jokes but at least he could shoot arrows from range. What's regular guy Captain America going to do?

Right, it’s dumb. A regular dude with a shield. Any street level villain could kill him. He’s Hawkeye without arrows, Punisher without guns, Batman without money and equipment.
And does he even have any particular fighting training like those guys do? Or is plot armor and skin color all he needs?
