They have to pay those pennies to filmmakers somehow.

I fricking hate what streaming services are becoming. Really about to start cutting back. Hulu and Netflix will likely be the first to go

I would cut them loose but I get me money back 10 fold on free shipping.

I order a lot of my business supplies from them and my wife melts her CC on there weekly.

I’m a cheap bastard when it comes to streaming, I can mute the TV and deal with commercials.

So unless you pay $2.99 there will be 600 ads on Prime Thursday Night Football and not the 400 shown last night?

No kidding. Feel like I'm already watching ads

Sad this was always their end game. I realized it a few months ago when instead of making all the free stuff easy to find, they were pushing paid stuff more and more.

Do you get commercials on your Prime Video?

guess $140 isn't enough.

Apparently not. And the $140 doesn’t get you shite. Every one of my last 5 orders has been 1-2 days later than what it said at checkout. All 5.

If you didn’t have prime then you have to spend $35 for free shipping. So basically they are offering nothing for $140.

All these streaming platforms going to ads will eventually make people migrate back to cable.

You get free shipping on orders over $35. I want to give Bezos as little money possible.

Why would anyone pay for a movie streaming service?

There are numerous free streaming websites. Mainstream movies. Commercial free. No registration required.

Every movie you want to watch can be watched for free!

https://tubitv.com/
https://www.mov.onl/
https://ww1.m4uhd.tv/
https://ww9.0123movie.net/

There are many more. But those work the best for me.

There are some popups on Android devices. All of them play flawlessly without ads or popups on my Mac devices.

Because we’ve been spoiled to the point where we’re no longer happy with a huge library of free movies. We want every film and TV series ever made, available to us for $4.99 a month.

We’re now those people who would only rent from the New Releases shelf at Blockbuster, and scoffed at shopping through the general selections.
