I don't think you ever have to worry about that.
Unless they make it as white settlers kidnap an Indian baby after murdering an entire village.

Disagree, I believe it could better now. And I'm a fan of it.
In addition, I really like the gritty elements and Sir Patrick Stewart/ Max Von Sydow. Those factors play a bigger role to me than the poor worm or ships CGI.
I'm afraid they would focus too much on making the CGI right and really lose the key elements that made the original so great.
