Ricky Business.
Year before, my Dad took me and my friends to see Beast Master, which was PG but featured some fantastic tits by way of Tanya Roberts in a lake! At 12, me and my friends were pretty stoked. I was a legend for a few weeks for that move.
Next year, my buddy took us to the movies for his 13th birthday, and we rolled up into Risky Business. Obviously, he won.

Either Blair Witch or Scream.

Already mentioned, Alien.
Brought my 12 year old (and rest of the family) a few weeks ago to catch the 40th Anniversary of that at the theater. First time I'd gotten to see it on the big screen too since it came out when I was 9. Pretty tame, actually...would almost be a PG-13 today.

Lifeforce
Mid-80’s sci-fi with full bush nudity.
I was somewhere around 11 years old. A friend’s dad brought a few of us, and he started squirming in his seat almost immediately, but let us stay for the whole movie.

My dad was the stereotypical 80s dad that would drive with a tall yellow belly and bring me to movies because he was too cheap for a sitter.
Took me to Children of the Corn in 1984 when i was 4. shite still gives me the chills
