Ha, won't happen. that arrow scene will be the last scene this series and whether she lives will be the Dallas-like cliff hanger for season two.

Remember her mother Faith Hill was a nurse in the Civil War so I assume she will mend her back to health.

Maybe he traded it for his wife getting a job.

Putting this on streaming only is a big mistake.

Elsa is a smokeshow. Don’t worry she’s 21

Women looked like her and Faith Hill back then, right?

It's honestly distracting how hot she is.

Great episode!!! It maybe the best so far. You notice how they making the little gypsy girl hotter, now that she has the hots for Thomas?

I did not know Tim Robbins was knocking the bottom out of this. He’s 63 and she’s 30 (good for him). I didn’t know him and Susan Sarandon were no longer together.

For those of y’all who have watched all of Yellowstone.

Are the descendants of any of the characters in 1883 known or make an appearance in Yellowstone?

The family in 1883 is the Dutton family. The young son is John Dutton Sr (Costner’s character’s great-great grand father, and who Costner’s character is named after)

Well, that’s a given, I meant the other characters.

Oh, didn’t read it like that. The one that could possibly be is Sam Elliot’s character and Lloyd, but it would be maternal, because of different last names.

But Elliot’s character is an old man already with no kids

James is Costner’s great grandfather, the young son is his grandfather.

Is that known, because that’s a stretch. Costner’s John was born in 56, if his father was 20 when he had him, puts him born in 36. The kid is about 5, so that puts him 22 in 1900. I think there’s one generation missing unless the kid had a son late in life, as well as Costner’s father. They both would have had to have kids after 40 years old.

1883 John D

Born around 1876 or so.

Yellowstone John D

Born in 1956 or so

That’s exactly 80 years.

That’s usually 3 generations, not two.

In Yellowstone John says his great grandfather told the Army there were no more buffalo in the area but he knew they were back in that valley. The assumption is he is referring to James but it’s the boy at least. If there were multiple other generations between John and the boy that timeline wouldn’t fit.
