So the prosecutors didn't have enough evidence to charge him, but there is enough evidence for the league to suspend him?

Cowboys' owner Jerry Jones is said to be furious with NFL decision, per one source. Furious.
Jerry Jones can go frick himself, or better yet get one of his prostitutes to do it. With the amount of bile in his system, he's immune to all diseases.

It's a business, not a court of law. If there is enough evidence to prove that he didn't conduct himself according to guidelines set by the league, then can do what they want.

Goodell is judge, jury, and executioner. To be honest, this isn't about Zeke, this is about ownership power plays.

It's the difference between beyond a reasonable doubt in a criminal matter and whatever standard Goodell is using and what applies if the parties fight it out. Goodell might have his ducks in a row on the evidence if they are forced into arbitration/court. We don't know that yet.

Roger Goodell is a dictator pure and simple, and I can't wait til he goes to Foxboro and gets booed by 20k plus fans in blue clown nose shirts.
I can't wait for the day when Pats fans finally quit whining about this.
Jk that's never happening

Your wife accuses you of beating her. Police arrest you. Procecutors investigate and there isn't enough evidence to charge you with anything. Your company suspends you for it anyway.
That's ok?
Either he did it or he didn't. Clearly the NFL doesn't need as much stone cold evidence as prosecutors.

He's an alpha and doesn't want a player driven shite fest going on. Go watch the NBA you would enjoy it better

NFL letter to Elliott on his 6 game suspension very sternly worded. "On multiple occasions... you used physical force against Ms. Thompson"

The next round of CBA drama on Goodell's power is going to be awesome drama.

Because the Saints have stopped bitching about Bountygate... oh wait. I'm sure the Cowboys aren't going to hold a grudge either.
Not only did they get screwed, they still won a Super Bowl.

LMAO! So now the league is just dishing out facts like they were there.
Posted on 8/11/17 at 11:48 am to Jcorye1
They must be getting close to the record for suspended players (or total games suspended) since Garrett took over.

Sure.
People get fired over facebook posts. As long as it's outlined in some sort of employee manual, you play by their rules....as long as said rules don't violate labor laws.

Defemation lawsuit a possibility now.
Not saying they'll win, but that's a strongly worded letter.
The issue is the photos and testimony becomes public record at that point. Something I'm sure Zeke doesn't want.

I've heard this line before. Let's see them actually prove something for once, because they utterly failed in both Deflate and Bountygate.
