Thanks for this. I had checked it a few weeks ago and YTTV wasn’t an option on the provider options. Just signed in on app and it’s working for me now.

Seems like that should have been done before launch, but that’s just me.

Nope. You have one person that the account is under and that person pays the whole bill. He adds however many members. My sister and niece are in Tennessee and we are in LA. Every couple months I just Venmo him $100 for my part.

Already covered but might as well be repeated.
If you are in the same zipcode, there are ZERO issues. If there are multiple zipcodes involved, all the accounts that use YTTV outside of the home zipcode will need to be logged in to the home location once every 90 days. The way I do this is that I have my family members logged into a Roku device at my house. Once a month, I go down to the Roku and open the YTTV app under their profile and then close it. Thats it. It takes 5 sec for each profile and they are good to go. They dont need to login to the Roku over and over as it stays logged in on the YTTV app and it is just switching profiles.

I found the email from YTTV when we first did this back in 2020 (didn't realize it had been that long). I know this isn't definitive, but it never mentions anything about location

I just always add the expanded Sports Tier every NFL season to get NFL Red Zone. I guess it's a good deal.

last time I had Sling, they did not have the local channels unless you used airstream or some crap. And I still don't think they carry CBS.

There is no shared logins with YTTV. Everyone gets their own.
I have a mix of people within my same zipcode and outside my zipcode. So I am very familiar with the process. If i forget to do it for a few months, it will stop working for the far away family members.

That is what I am saying. I have the same set up with a friend. He has never had to log into my account at his house to make sure I continued to have access. My dad and brother in law have the same arrangement and do the same thing but in different states. They have never had to do that either.
My friend is the head of the family on Google. I am a member. We live 30 minutes apart. We have separate log ins, like you said, but the only issues we have ever had is when too many people in both our houses are watching YTTV, and that is laid out in our plan. I've never had to reach out to him because I can't access my account.

This is what I do, I don’t care about watching a specific team and I can get Thurs, Sun, and Mon night games through other means.

I highly doubt there is a catch. The catch if you will is there are streaming services like Sling that offer Weekend Only streaming services for like 9 bucks which is far more convenient than what this package offers.
Personally, this package also misses TVLand and that also drops it a peg or two down. I love Raymond, Robert, Frank, and Marie Barone!
